Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Atlantic or Wild Salmon Wild Salmon is usually recommended by nutritionist. I admit I like the flavor of Atlantic Salmon better!
  • 1 TSP 365 Blackened Cajun Seasoning Purchase at Whole Foods
  • 2 ounces Organic Arugula Eat as much as you'd like!

Instructions
  1. Place salmon in non-stick baking dish
  2. Add Whole 365 Blackened Cajun Seasoning to Salmon
    Add Whole 365 Blackened Cajun Seasoning to Salmon
  3. Bake on 300 degrees for 9 minutes (I like it very rare)
  4. Place over a bed of arugula and enjoy!
