Ingredients
  • 1 cup Organic cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Cacao butter (melted) Add more if needed
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil (melted) Start with less and keep adding until you get the texture you need.
  • 1-2 tbsp Organic maple syrup OR stevia to your sweetness tastebuds desire
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Raw Almond Butter

  1. Start with 1 cup of cocoa powder and add cacao butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir. Continue to add more coconut oil until you reach the consistency desired. Use half for the bottom of the Almond Butter Cup and save half for later. Pour into silicone molds 1/2 way and freeze for approximately 30 minutes. When it's frozen, spoon 1 tsp of raw almond butter into the center and pour remaining mixture over the top (may need to re- melt). Add some finely chopped almonds for texture. Freeze for 2-3 hours. Eat, and enjoy! FYI: It will defrost when you leave it out for too long.
